Next, delicate silver leaf flowers are placed on the enamel base, with the spangles or “paillons” set by successive firings. The result is a shimmering, multi-dimensional dial that captures the light and embodies the spirited elegance of the Hermès design ethos.
Powering the Arceau “Robe Légère” is the Manufacture Hermès H1912 self-winding movement, with a 50-hour power reserve and a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz). The movement is crafted in Switzerland, embodying Hermès’ dedication to horological precision. Completing this limited-edition piece—only 24 have been made—is a matt abyss-blue alligator strap, adding a refined contrast to the timepiece’s deep, vibrant dial.
